Considered our most special treatment, it is conducted only by certified therapists. A trained therapist redefines facial features through massage strokes that activate 12 major nerve centers on the head. The release of energy that holds facial muscles in contraction allows circulation of oxygen, blood and lymph throughout the face and body. Rejuvenation includes a facial mask, foot, and hand massage. Choose between one-hour and one and one-half hour treatments.

MASSAGE:
Touch therapy is not only an incredibly relaxing experience, it is genuine hands-on healing. Our one-hour full body and half-hour massages include and combine the following techniques: Swedish, Trigger Point, deep Tissue, Sports, Soft Tissue/Injury, and Myofascial. Aromatherapy and Prenatal massage are also available. All our massage therapists are internationally certified.

BODY WRAP - THALASSOTHERAPY:
Our detoxifying remineralization Seaweed & Algae Body Wrap involves an extremely hydrating form of seaweed which when applied, releases the most powerful minerals trapped in algae. Algae helps reduce excess fluids in the body. You can choose from four (4) different treatments according to individual needs: Cellulite, Water Retention, Rehydration for the skin (dry skin, exposure) and Detoxification for the skin (impurities). Allow 60-75 minutes for any of these renewing treatments. We suggest our Deluxe Body Wrap which begins with a 20 minute body scrub to get your skin ready, followed by a shower, choice of body wrap (60-minutes including a head and temple massage), another shower where soap is not recommended, and ending with a relaxing 20 minute body massage with lotion.

The Sports Complex provides a variety of activities. Some of these activities are what follow;

• TENNIS, RACQUETBALL, SQUASH LESSONS are all available by appointment and given by our Resident Pros. All of our pros are USPTR and PSA certified. Lesson are free and available from 8:00 am - 11:00 noon and 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

• GOLF is unlimited at the nearby Negril Hills Golf Club. Cart and caddy are additional costs.

• COUPLES MASSAGE CLASS is an hour class aimed to teach partners how to reduce and relieve stress for one another through the art of massage. Therapists concentrate on the neck, back and feet

• POWER WALKING is a 30-minute cardiovascular walk with hand weights along Parcourse. All classes include a warm-up and stretch. Everyone loves this class.

• YOGA is an hour class of traditional stretches and relaxation methods which help to balance and integrate the body, mind and spirit

• CIRCUIT TRAINING is a fast workout utilizing gym equipment that works out the whole body. Expect to work very hard and break a sweat.

Our experienced staff will pamper you with tender loving care as they prepare you for the most unforgettable day of your life. The Bride and Groom are advised to schedule their appointments two to three hours before the actual wedding, depending upon the services chosen, and to bring any hair ornaments that will be used. All services are carried out by licensed and trained Hair technicians.
