The Beach
One half-mile of glistening white sand. Secluded and quiet. Just the warmth of the sun and the murmuring sea for the company. Perfect for a brisk morning walk, a fabulous sunset or a leisurely evening stroll under the stars. Swim or snorkel in the calm, crystal clear water. Read or nap on the beach chairs in the shade of a wide umbrella. Beach towels are provided for all guests.

Grand Villas
With over 5,000 square feet of dramatic living space, our 2 four-bedroom Grand Villas have been designed to accommodate up to eight guests in total luxury. One grand villa has 18 foot diameter, 5 foot deep private pool with spa jets.

The main level features a tree-filled atrium which expands into spacious living and dining areas and a superbly equipped modern kitchen.

Dramatic curving staircases lead to two upper level wings, each having a master suite and guest bedroom. All bedrooms have private baths.

Villas
Luxurious, private 3-bedroom homes situated directly on the beach. Split-level living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and 50' private verandah on the beach level. Upstairs are the master bedroom with king bed, large dressing room and bath, and two guest bedrooms with twin beds that share a bath. Brazilian walnut louvered doors and windows open to sweeping views of the sea and island of St. Martin in the distance.

Beach Houses
Luxurious, two-story hideaways nestled in the dunes amid seagrape trees and swaying palms and just steps from the water's edge.

Spacious living room, dining area, custom kitchen and private verandah on the beach level. A curved staircase leads upstairs to a master bedroom with king bed and bath and a guest bedroom with twin beds and bath.

The large sliding glass doors and windows open to the cooling trade winds and offer spectacular ocean views from every room of every beach house.
