Restaurant is the crown jewel of CuisinArt's culinary offerings. Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine. Music and dancing on Friday and Saturday evenings. As the resorts fine dining and gourmet restaurant, with an original French rotisserie, Santorini sets a new standard for epicurean kitchens. The kitchens are designed with glass walls to offer interested guests the opportunity to observe the chef and his team creating their specialties. Fresh produce selected daily from the hydroponic farm is used in the Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean. Cafe Mediterraneo, located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach. The Cafe is ideal place to enjoy a mid-day meal from a menu selection of grilled items, pizza, fresh homegrown salads, seafood, desserts, drinks and specialty coffees.

Hydroponic Cafe
The Hydroponic Cafe invites you to explore and sample the organic produce it grows. The Cafe offers lunch featuring fresh vegetable for salads, squeezed juices and chilled beverages. The Hydroponics Cafe offers lunch daily featuring personalized selections of the very freshest vegetables grown in the hydroponic farm for salads and other light-fare. The restaurant is only open when the hotel reaches 60% occupancy and is located at Santorini Terrace

Located on the second floor of the main building, these rooms are spacious and private. Access by an elevator from the first floor. Junior Suite
These oceanfront suites are located in the villas on the beach. Suites open onto a beach view balcony or a patio on the dune. A spacious suite with an ocean view. The large bedrooms have living areas and open onto a private balcony with lounge chairs and a breakfast table.

The luxury Junior Suite comes with a solarium for one or two. The room, on the third floor of the beach front villas, has a private area for sunbathing and an open to the sky balcony with a canopy.
