The Cedar Grove Bar is also the perfect setting for a late night After Dinner Drink and Espresso.

For dinner, you'll be enticed to sample new interpretations of Innovative Caribbean Cuisine with a Old World Touch. Select from the a la carte menu such as mouth watering Anguilla Lobster-cakes, Rice paper wrapped snapper filet, Ginger Marinated Tuna with Soy and sesame sauce, grilled lobster and crayfish.

Our maitre d' will help you select from our extensive wine list, a perfect blend of New and Old World Vintages. You'll be tempted by luscious desserts like Island Coconut tarte with passion-fruit sorbet, warm pecan pie and caramel ice cream, fresh tropical fruits.

Smokey's at the Cove
Our second restaurant, Smokey's is located right on the beach in Cove Bay. Named after its executive chef: Leonard 'Smoke' Sharplis, it is renowned for its local cuisine and stunning views. Open for lunch and dinner and closed on Monday's, Smokey's is a very popular place for a taste of the Caribbean, after a day on the beach.

Favorites on the menu: Honeyed baby back ribs , Curried goat stew, whole fried fish and lobster Creole. We invite you for a great meal on one of the best beaches on the island.

Garden Standard Room
2 buildings of 10 rooms each located either near the Main Building or near the beach: the standard rooms; offer both economic and basic value.

All rooms have an ocean view and are close to the beach, situated in a natural garden.

All rooms have a double bed and single bed, shower, private bathroom, large  shaded porch with lounge chairs, large ceiling fan, fridge with freezer compartment. Small sitting area, writing desk, direct dial telephone, internet access, hairdryer, shaving mirror and 110V outlet. Some rooms have a connecting door to the next room.

Downstairs Villa Room
Located on the ground floor of a 1 storied villa, directly on Rendezvous Bay: a 2 mile long white powdered sandy beach or on a more private sandy cove, both with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Martin.
Each room has either a king size bed, queen size bed or 2 double beds. Inside it has vibrant Caribbean Colors, lots of space and large private porch

Amenities include: private veranda with sitting area and lounge chairs, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee-maker, alarm clock radio, plenty closet space, writing space and intimate sitting area, direct dial telephone, in-room safe and internet access. Bathrooms feature a separate vanity area with drawers and closet space with sink and hairdryer and large counter top The washroom; has a full length bath-tub with shower, single sink with shaving mirror and 110V outlet, toilet and a bidet (bidet in 3 rooms only), and extra closet space.

Upstairs Villa Room
Located directly on Rendezvous Bay, on the 1st floor of a 1 storied villa, these rooms offer more privacy and a magnificent view from your private balcony overlooking Rendezvous Bay and St. Martin. Each room has either a king size bed or 2 double beds. Amenities are as the above downstairs villa room. Great for Honeymooners and Couples and guests who require more privacy.

Studio Room with full-sized kitchen
Located on the ground floor in our beach and ocean front villas, these large rooms have a full size kitchen with large fridge and freezer compartment, 4 electrical burner stove with large oven, microwave, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, toaster, china and silverware, cooking utensils, large dining table inside and outside, breakfast counter/bar, 2 extra sinks and all the other amenities as the above villa rooms.
