Situated on one of the northernmost islands in the fabulous Mamanuca group, Tokoriki offers luxurious beachfront bures with beautiful sunset views from your own private deck, a king-size bed, two single beds, mini bar and a private indoor and outdoor shower.

Tokoriki's resident PADI dive instructor and his team offer everything from an introductory course to a full open water certification. You may wish to explore some of Fiji's finest dive sites, water-ski, sail, take a banana boat ride, sport or reef fish, snorkel or enjoy the underwater views in a glass bottom boat or play a set of tennis on a floodlit court.

Tokoriki serves an interesting blend of European, Asian and local cuisine. Tropical fruits and fresh local fish and seafood form the basis of the cuisine complimented with chicken, beef, lamb and pork and lots of fresh vegetables. A weekly BBQ and traditional Fijian lovo are served. In true Fijian style, the lovo consists of beef, fish, chicken and pork wrapped in coconut leaves and cooked in an outdoor earth oven with some other local delicacies like polusami, dalo and kasava. This is complimented by salads, kokoda (fish marinated in coconut milk and lime) cold seafoods and vegetables. A true Fijian Feast!! A traditional Fijian meke (dance) accompanies our lovo feast and this gives you the opportunity to join the locals not only in food and dance, but also in dress - the perfect time to show off your new sulu!

Dining is casual and meals are served at the main bure in the indoor dining area, outside around the pool or on one of our sunset decks. Complimentary afternoon tea is provided at 4 pm every day. For romantic couples a beach picnic can be prepared and delivered to a romantic private beach nearby.
A children's menu is available every day 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Children under the age of 12 dining in the restaurant after 7:00 pm will be charged 1/2 price of the a la carte menu. This includes Buffet and BBQ nights.

Bar
Our dolphin bar opens from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Sample interesting and exciting cocktails created by our bar girls during Sunset Hour from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tropical fruit cocktails and a selection of wines and champagne are available from the Dolphin bar from 9 am till late!

Snorkeling:
Tokoriki Island is surrounded by beautiful tropical reefs that are immediately off the beach in front of your bure. Fins and masks are provided.
Sailing, windsurfer, paddle boats and Hobie cat sailing is available for all guests use. Life jackets are also provided.

Glass bottom boat:
A great way to view the reefs without getting wet.

Fun fishing:
Handline fishing is scheduled regularly on our Activities Board. You are also welcome to try your luck from the beach.

Basket weaving:
Join the activities team for a lesson in the age old tradition of basket weaving.

Coconut show:
Learn the different uses of the coconut, from husk to flesh. Drink some coconut milk and taste the sweet fresh coconut.

Sulu tying:
Sulus are the traditional Fijian dress worn by both men and woman. This is such a versatile piece of fabric and our activities team loves showing you how to wear it.

Tennis:
The all weather floodlit tennis court is to the rear of bures 1, 2 and 3. Racquets and tennis balls are available from the Activities Bure. Should you wish to use new tennis balls, these are for sale in the boutique.
Table tennis, badminton, pentaque: Equipment is available from our Activities Bure at the swimming pool.

Volleyball:
Join the staff for a friendly game or make up your own team.
Touch rugby: A fun filled game of touch rugby takes place on the playing field behind the bures. Fiji against the rest of the world!

Hill climb:
A fairly strenuous climb to the top of the hill, but the incredible views make it really worth your while. Early morning is the best time to do this hike.

Herbal medicine walk:
The activities team will walk you through the property and point out a variety of local herbs and medicines.

Board games:
A variety of board games are available in the lounge.

Jogging & walking:
The resort has a short track for energetic joggers or else one could take a stroll on the white sandy beach.
Guided tours and activities are available at an added fee.

Scuba diving:
The scuba diving in the Tokoriki area is magnificent with reefs teeming with life and large fans covering the walls. More information can be found on our scuba diving page.

Island hopping:
Visit 4 Mamanuca Islands escorted by a Tokoriki staff member.

Village tour:
Visit Yanuya island where the Tokoriki staff comes from. See how our village ladies create pottery using ancient techniques. Visit the school and drink some kava with the elders.

Honeymoon island picnic:
Just a 10 minute boat ride takes you to a private island where you can enjoy a private picnic for two on your own deserted stretch of beach.

Game fishing:
Charter the Duke for a game fishing trip and bring back trevally, tuna, dorado or walu for dinner.

Sport fishing:
A couple of hours on the water with light tackle and you can bring lunch home - coral trout, skip jack or wahu.

Banana boat rides:
Enjoy yourself in the water as you ride the wake on a fun banana boat.

Massage:
Our staff are resort-massage certified having learned a routine which includes Hawaiian lomolomi, reflexology and meridian massage.

Twenty-nine spacious bures hug Tokoriki's shoreline, all with direct access to the beach. High thatch roofs reflect a traditional island feeling while at the same time a cool tropical atmosphere is created. The inside décor of all bures is blended with some local Fijian artifacts such as pottery from the village used for flower vases and traditional decorations such as masi and magimagi.

Masi is the cloth made from the wild mulberry tree and stenciled with earth dyes and magimagi is braided string made from coconut husk and used to tie beams and rafters in imaginative designs.

Your accommodation choices include three Honeymoon bures, twenty three Deluxe bures, and three Beach bures. All bures have ceiling fans, minibar fridge, safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a private verandah. At the center of the resort is the Tokoriki main bure where you will spend much of your time eating, playing and relaxing.
