Food and Beverage

Cariblue - is open for three meals daily while Tao our specialty restaurant opens for dinner only. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style with healthy options always available. Dinner at Cariblue is à la carte, including deliciously lighter menu options, and each Wednesday night, a specialty Caribbean buffet is served and on Saturday nights there is a special 5 course dinner offered as a fond farewell to Sundays departures.

TAO - serving Pacific Rim / East-West Fusion style cuisine. It provides an exciting journey for all of the senses with influences from the Far East, down to Australia, around the Pacific and Caribbean Rims and back, via the US West Coast and Hawaii. "Fusion" is a light and healthy contemporary style of cooking.

The Deli - The Body Holiday at Le Sport's newest food and beverage outlet, focuses on healthy eating; serving made to order gourmet sandwiches and specialty salads. Also provided are, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, iced herbal teas as well as nutritional and low calorie cakes and muffins.
The deli is for the vegetarian or the average person who is just looking for a lighter and healthier option, open 11:00 am to 4:00pm.

Clubhouse Grill - Six nights per week, a barbecue or carvery is served in the Clubhouse from 7:00. This a lighter and less formal dining option. Specialized meals are also available on request for vegetarian, vegan, low cholesterol and low salt diets. If you have special dietary requirements, please advise us prior to your arrival and our team of chefs will work to pamper your pallet. Dress code in the dining room is relaxed. During the day, guests are asked to wear shoes and cover ups on swim suits. At dinner, casual elegance is in order and we ask guests not to wear jeans, shorts or T-shirts.

Club House Offering full bar service daily as well as board games & table tennis. It is also the site of the "Ten O'clock Show" six nights a week and dancing until 12:30 a.m. Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

ENTERTAINMENT
Piano Bar - As the name implies, our pianist indulges guests with melodies on the baby grand piano nightly - you can sing along or simply spectate! Pre-dinner drinks are the norm in this lovely air-conditioned room which does not close until the last guest goes to bed. Hours: 7:00 p.m. - until the last guest leaves And always, we serve premium brands as well as local varieties, for you to sample.

Dinner - Have you always dreamed of dancing by the moonlit sea with your partner? At The Body Holiday at Le Sport the nightly sounds of dinner music fill the air for your listening pleasure - from steel band to rhythmic calypso, the Caribbean sounds come alive.

Club House - The "Ten O'clock Show" provides a wide variety of entertainment six nights a week. Limbo, Karaoke, popular St. Lucian vocalists and a staff show unparalleled on the island. Dancing to recorded music follows the show from 11:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

MANAGER'S COCKTAIL PARTY - Each Wednesday evening, guests to the resort are invited by the General Manager and his senior staff to attend a cocktail party.

Garden Rooms
To cater for the rapidly growing single market, we have created a new block of rooms at less than the per person lead in twin room rates. These rooms are a generous size for a single room and are fabulously furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture and a Queen-size bed. The bathroom is a little smaller than the double rooms, but more than adequate and beautifully appointed. These rooms have garden view only and do not have balconies or mini fridges. Please note these rooms are priced as a single with no supplement to pay. Also ideal for children and teenagers with parents in-house.

Luxury Rooms
Located in an elevated, three/four story building with garden view. These rooms have four poster, draped, king size beds or two twin beds, are furnished with rattan chairs, table and writing desk, soft goods are in pastel colours and walls are decorated with original, rare, humming bird prints; mini fridge, marble vanity with tow sinks. French doors open onto a balcony or terrace and are furnished with two chairs and a table.

Luxury Ocean View Rooms

Luxury Ocean Front Rooms
Decorated and furnished as above and located in a building adjacent to the sea. All rooms have marble floors, some adjoining rooms are available in this block.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Rooms
Located in a four story building adjacent to the sea. These new rooms completed in 1999 are air conditioned, richly furnished in mahogany with dramatic four-poster king-size bed; fabulous large bathroom; with bath and shower, private toilet, marble make up vanity, separate marble sink vanity, hair dryer and razor point and a generous terrace overlooking the ocean with patio furniture.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suites
Furnished as the Grand Luxury Ocean Front rooms, but with the added luxury of a comfortable and beautifully furnished sitting room area with plush armchairs and table.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suites
Located on the top floor of a two story building adjacent to the sea. Both units have two separate rooms - bedroom and living room - with rooms adjoining another guest room, providing the option of a two bedroom suite. Each suite has a wet-bar in the sitting room and marble floors throughout. The double balcony is furnished with loungers and a table. More detailed description available on request.
