At Grand Lido Negril we've created the standard of excellence for Caribbean dining with more culinary awards than any other Caribbean resort. And while awards are nice, it's the day to day adherence to rigid standards that gives the Grand Lido resorts our consistent taste of excellence. Gran Terrazza
Casual, open-air buffet dining for breakfast and lunch. Opens from 7:30a.m. to 10:30a.m. and 12:30p.m. to 3:30 p.m. respectively.

Stone, Timber, and Beach Houses
Light meals and full bar service 24-hours a day. The wide selection features everything from hamburgers to mouth watering grilled lamb chops. Each houses a terrace area, bar and Jacuzzi. Casual and informal.

Golfing
Golfing is included at the challenging 18-hole golf course Negril Hills. Complimentary golf includes green fees and transportation (Clubs, carts and mandatory caddies not included). Greens fees and transportation are at the discretion of the golf course, unless you are a guest at GLN, which then they are included. 18 hole course with driving range.

Land Sports
Four tennis courts (two lit for night play), with lessons and tournaments arranged by resident pro; bicycle tours; beach volleyball, volleyball, bicycles, table tennis. 

Water Sports
Windsurfing; sunfish sailing; water-skiing, kayaking; snorkeling; underwater-vision boat rides; scuba diving with daily dives for beginners (a resort course is also included. Yoga
Our Yoga instructor, Gabriele Lindsay comes with a wealth of experience from Jackie's on the Reef and the Negril Yoga Centre. Yoga sessions will consist of meditation, breathing techniques, relaxation, stretching the muscles amongst other areas.
