Honeymoon giveaway package to be awarded in this sweepstakes is as follows:
1. This package will a trip for two to a choice of one of two destination choices that include deluxe hotel accommodations for a minimum of 5 nights
2. This does not include Airfare; contest winner is responsible for airfare.
3. Actual dates of travel are based upon availability and subject to approval by AskAboutHoneymoons.com.
4. The winner may only book this trip within 30 days prior to travel.
5. There is no guarantee as to availability of travel dates and some restrictions will apply. AskAboutHoneymoons.com determines these restrictions. Blackout dates will apply. (Blackout dates to be provided to WedAlert by Askabouthoneymoons.com so they can be posted with contest rules.)
6. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
7. This trip must be used by the winner of the sweepstakes within one year of the date the prize is awarded.
8. To enter you must be a bride or groom to be. One entry per couple, duplicate entries will be discarded. You must be a resident of US to enter contest and engaged at the time of the drawing.
9. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries submitted.
10. By entering this contest, the winner agrees and grants a license to WedAlert.com, and AskAboutHoneymoons.com to have their name and photo displayed on the website of www.WedAlert.com, and AskAboutHoneymoons.com as winners.
11. Drawings will be held on July 1st 2008, October 1st 2009 January 1st 2009 and April 1st 2009 and will be announced on WedAlert.com and the winner notified by e-mail, and/or telephone at the e-mail address, and/or phone number provided.
12. The winner must redeem and claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Redemption or prize must be done by e-mail to sweepstakes@wedalert.com.
13. If the prize is not redeemed within the 14 days, a 2nd drawing will be held on April 15th 2008, July 15th 2008, October 15th 2008, and January 15th 2008. The same rules above will apply to any subsequent drawings.
14. No purchase necessary to enter.
15. Information provided will be shared with AskAboutHoneymoons.com. This supersedes any other policies of WedAlert, solely for the purposes of this contest.
