Others may offer to videotape your event using their home video camera. Although this may save you money, it could jeopardize your video memories as well as your relationship with them.

Choosing A Videographer

• Ask to see their work. Any good Videographer will have available demo tapes or a DVD of actual weddings.
• Before agreeing on a price, ask how much taping will be done. Ask whether the final copy will be edited.
• Discuss any special events, such as the cutting of the cake, special people that you want to include in the final tape.
• Ask about the possibility of including any pre-ceremony events, such as the rehearsal dinner or bridesmaids’ luncheon.
• Make them aware of any special restrictions during the ceremony. Ask your Priest, Clergy or Minister.
