The Joe Holmes Swing Band specializes in the elegant ballroom dance music of Cole Porter, Rogers & Hart etc (Sinatra and Ella loved these), plus tight arrangements from the Benny Goodman Glenn Miller swing era. Songs like "In The Mood", "Tuxedo Junction" and "Satin Doll".
Add in some fun, driving rock n roll and you have an elegant, swing party.
Very professional, terrific energy with sane volume levels (people can actually talk) and very reasonable costs (from under 2 grand for a 4-piece
combo to a bit over 3 for the full 8 piece band with our sensational vocalist).
The cocktail hour usually has a lite-jazz small combo. And we can cover the ceremony, if needed, with a beautiful classical guitar and flute.
