Join WedAlert's wedding professionals network with a FREE business listing in our wedding professional directory. To submit, follow the directions below. ( Up to 5 free listings )

To Add Your Business Listing

1. Fill out our Wedding Professional Submission Form.
2. All Free Listings Must Place a WedAlert Link On Their Site - Click Here To Get Links. (There will be a $50 annual fee if you do not wish to place our link on your site.)
3. Check your spelling, and that all your information is correct. Based on information given is how your listing will appear in our wedding professionals directory.
4. Please do not use all capital letters to spell out any words.
   Example: WEDALERT
   You may capitalize the first letter of every word.
   Example: Wedding Planning Made Easier
5. Email Address:
   WedAlert recommends that you use an email address associated with your domain name. Example: info@WedAlert.com, not john3903@aol.com
6. If you service multiple Counties or Categories, you can add your free listing in multiple areas. ( Up to a total of 5 free listings ) For additional listings click here.
7. Your Listing Title Must Match Your Business Name
   Using characters (Numbers, symbols, or letters) in front of your title to increase your ranking is not permitted. Doing so will result in removal of all free listings from directory.
8. When submitting your listing, you will be asked to agree to our Terms of Service.

To Add your Reception Site Listing

1. Fill out your company name and contact name.
• Please do not use all capital letters. You may capitalize the first letter of each word.
2. Choose facility type from drop down menu.
• Choose a facility type that best matches your location.
3. Fill in your URL and Email address.
• We recommend an email address associated with your domain name.
4. Add your complete address and phone number.
5. Choose password.
6. Fill out a description about your location up to 200 characters, approx. 20 words. Please do not use quotations, single or double.
7. Fill out information regarding your location.
8. Check off services that you have available.
9. Submit Form.
10. Allow 1-2 business days for your location to be approved.

You will be contacted by a WedAlert Representative to confirm that all information submitted is correct.

Add your Bridal Show Company Profile

1. Fill out company profile
2. Choose the email address that you would like to receive any registrations from brides.
3. Choose the email address that you would like to receive any registrations from vendors.
4. Choose a password.
5. Check off that you agree to our terms of service.
6. Submit Form.

A representative will contact you to confirm that all information submitted is correct.
We will then approve your profile.
